PRACTICAL BY DESIGN

Choose a tool.
Understand its limits.

A formatter makes data easier to read. A syntax validator checks structure. Neither can tell you whether a value is correct for your application.

Start with sample data

Remove secrets and personal records before pasting. Keep a copy of your original file.

Check the result

Each tool includes instructions, an example, and notes about what it does—and what it does not check.

Keep the context

Units, encodings, date zones, and precision matter. Match the settings to your source.

Before you get started.

Are the tools free to use?

Yes. These browser utilities are available without registration. Each page explains its supported inputs and output.

Where does the processing happen?

Most tools process input locally in browser JavaScript. DNS Lookup sends the selected domain and record type to our API when you request a lookup. This site also uses hosting and advertising services, which have their own technical data handling. See the privacy policy and avoid pasting confidential information into public web tools.

Can a validator check my API or business rules?

JSON validation checks syntax; the XML validator checks well-formedness. A schema or receiving application may require additional fields, types, or constraints. Those checks are separate.

Who maintains SLR TECH Tools?

The tools are part of SLR CORE, founded by Lakshmisha GR in Karnataka, India. Learn about the project or report a problem.
